Shipping Policy

Please note due to postal strikes other services may be used. 

Postage 

We currently only offer UK delivery through Royal Mail.

Our standard delivery is £4.95 for orders under £99.99, or free on orders over £100. We are now offering £3.50 delivery on small items, such as show shirts. 

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 48h tracked. This enables you to track your order and provides insurance for if it's lost. We aim to ship orders next working day but please allow extra time for delivery due to current postal strikes. 

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification to say that it is now with our delivery partner. 

 

Local Collection 

We offer a free local collection service. If you wish to use this service please contact us to arrange as soon as you have made your order via our email: info@secondhoof.com. Collection will be from Shawell, near Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

 

Packaging

Our packaging is plastic free and we're currently working towards it being 100% recycled.
