Environment Policy

At Second Hoof we are extremely passionate about the environment, it was the main inspiration for us starting! So we take great care in only taking sustainable actions.

Our packaging is plastic free and made from recycled, biodegradable materials where possible.

How do I join a waitlist?

You can join our waitlists by contacting us through our social media channels, email or contact form.

You can join our waitlist if theres a particular item you're looking for. We can then ensure you're the first to know about any new stock we receive that match your criteria.

Can I Return?

Yes! You can request a return within 14days of recieving your order and you have a further 14days once its approved to return it to us.

All items must be in the same condition as recieved, with labels still attached. See our return policy page for more details.

Sizing

All our items are sized to UK womens dress sizes.

If you have any concerns regarding sizing please feel free to contact us via our email or social media. We will be more than happy to provide extra details, photos and measurements.
